Q: Why does my show plan only print one trick?
A: When you print a show, there is a option that needs to be selected on the Print Dialogue box that appears.
Choose 'Filemaker', and then choose 'Records being browsed'.
Q: Is there an easy way to re-sequence the order of my routines in my plan?
A: Yes. Use the Order number selector to select the numerical position that you'd like a trick to be at. When you click out of the field onto the side of the screen, the tricks will automatically re-order according to their numbers.
Q: Can I add notes to my plan that are specific just for this show ?
A: Yes. Click on the 'Preps' tab, and then click into the Preps area of any routine that you'd like to add a special note to.
Whatever you type into the Preps field, from this screen, will only be printed with this plan.
Q: Can I add an 'Accessories' list that will appear on every plan ?
A: Yes, but you have to manually select it.
First, go to the Routines Screen and create a routine called 'Accessories'. Add a list of all of the things that you need to add to every show.
Next, when you plan your show, choose the 'Accessories' routine and give it a show number of '0'. Then it will always appear at the top of the plan.
